Brief about myself-
Hello my name is Rahul Batra.I have done most of my schooling in Dubai & Muscat.Have completed my CA from ACCA,UK and done B.com at HL College of Commerce,Ahmedabad. After completing my graduation I worked in the finance team at a reputed luxury retail company in Dubai. Post that I pursued my MBA from Amity University,Dubai. After my post graduation I was selected for logistics company part of Emirates Airlines Group in the finance team. In Aug,2018 I shifted to India and joined ICICI Bank, Ahmedabad as a credit manager. Was internally promoted to the corporate banking team. After spending approx 4 years at ICICI bank I moved to Tata Capital as Relationship Manager for the large corporate lending team. Currently I am working with Bajaj Finance Ltd,Ahmedabad as the Cluster Sales Head in corporate lending looking after high ticket corporate lending deals across Gujarat state.
I enjoy reading,writing, traveling & watching movies. I also run a humour blog and my columns have been featured in publications. I am jovial by nature and enjoy the company of my family & close friends.

As a family we have spent over 20 years in Middle East (Earlier Muscat,Oman then Dubai,UAE)
My parents are currently based out of Rajkot city, Gujarat where we have our 2 houses. My father has spent his career working in senior management positions for reputed companies in India & Middle East.He is an engineer & MBA by education.Currently my father is retired. My mother is a homemaker and was working as a teacher long time back. My elder sister is also a CA by education and is currently based out of Mumbai working at a senior level for an American MNC company.
